Gym classes are not only a great way to mix up your training routine, but they are a great way to meet new people and have fun as a group. Our expert instructors will guide you through new routines designed to get you moving in new and exciting ways. Come and try something new.
Bounce classes are specifically designed not to just lose weight but also tone your body.
It is a unique combination of high intensity interval training, functional fitness with weights and mobility.

We are here to help you be the best version of yourself. You can do it on your own or in a group class. We have Group Class Instructors and Personal Trainers to assist you in your fitness journey.
She is the bounce class instructor that does not only focus on your cardio but your strength to get toned. Join her classes in the mornings at 08:00, 15:00 & 16:30.
She will get your blood flowing and your heart pumping. She offers a wide variety of classes to choose from. Active bands, aerobic step, bounce, bums and tums. You just have to show up and take your fitness to the next level.
